On one hand we have a fish (Fish) who wants to become a “landling”, loves chips and hanging out in the fresh air, his fishbone secured tightly around his neck, and on the other hand, a cat (Chips) who is ashamed of the fact he is mutating into a fish, and wants to prove himself in the world of alley cats and regain his family’s admiration by getting his paws on that fishbone.
